Today, Finca La Estrella processes all the coffee cherries in a high-tech ecological mill that consumes significantly less water than the traditional system. Bernardo and his family have noticed that most young people abandon the coffee fields in search of an urban lifestyle. They believe that it is necessary to share their knowledge with other producers in order to have an economically viable way of production, which will maintain their traditions and of course, the unique profile of their coffee.
