From the beginning of our operation a beloved team, that is always trying and experimenting, staffs Mind The Cup. Over the years we have had the pleasure of seeing many of the members of our team go even further, leveraging their knowledge and experience and creating their own spaces. New members constantly complement this group with a common feature always the mood of progress and the restless spirit.
Our team has participated in many competitions, winning awards, has traveled for years in Africa and Latin America getting to know dozens of coffee farmers, and we are pleased to have worked with more than 250 varieties, from every corner of the world that grows coffee tree!
The members of our team at the bar have the same appetite for new experiences and flavors, not stopping the experiments, but also our chefs, constantly trying new flavors and baking, always aiming for the best result.
